WISDOM is a Rady Faculty of Health Sciences initiative at the University of Manitoba.

The purpose of WISDOM is to promote, connect, mentor and advocate for the advancement of women in science in Manitoba, and to inspire innovation and excellence through learning opportunities, positive role models and outreach programs. This includes advocacy for gender equity.
